The Integrated Management System (IMS) is a strategic pillar that brings together guidelines for quality, occupational health and safety, the environment, and continuous improvement, reinforcing our commitment to compliance, operational responsibility, and sustainable performance.

Sustainability Report
Our Sustainability Report brings together TSEA Energy’s initiatives, indicators, and progress in environmental, social, and governance matters, reinforcing our commitment to a responsible operation in continuous evolution. The document was prepared based on the guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), an international reference for sustainability reporting.
Certifications and Standards
TSEA Energy maintains management systems certified under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, which guide our practices in quality, environmental management, and occupational health and safety. These standards support process consistency, continuous improvement, and the responsible conduct of our operations.
The company also has two mobile substations with production processes certified under ISO 14067, a standard related to the quantification of product carbon footprints.
Legal Compliance
TSEA Energy operates in compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to its activities. Environmental management monitors licenses, conditions, standards, and obligations related to industrial operations, contributing to risk prevention, process regularity, and the continuous improvement of our operations.
Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory
TSEA Energy prepares its Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory, also known as the Carbon Inventory, based on the methodology of the Brazilian GHG Protocol Program. This initiative allows us to monitor emissions associated with our operations, increase the transparency of environmental information, and support the continuous evolution of the company’s climate management.
TSEA Energy’s inventory received the Silver Seal from the Brazilian GHG Protocol Program, a recognition related to the publication of a complete emissions inventory.

Sustainability in the Supply Chain
TSEA Energy adopts supplier approval and evaluation processes to ensure regulatory compliance, adherence to internal requirements, and alignment with standards considered non-negotiable by the company. The analysis includes due diligence steps, contributing to a more responsible, secure, and operation-aligned supply chain.
